What We Treat

ReGlow

ReGlow is the clinic's protocol for skin that is healthy but wants a finish. It combines biostimulators, strong hydrators and amino acids to build a matte glow, the look of skin that seems lit from within rather than shining on the surface.

Glass skin reflects light. A matte glow seems to hold it.

What it is

ReGlow is a layered protocol that brings together three things. Biostimulators, which prompt the skin to build its own collagen over the months that follow. Strong hydrators, which restore water deep in the skin. And amino acids, the building blocks the skin uses to repair and renew itself. Together they work on the quality of the skin rather than its shape.

What it does well

It is for skin that is basically healthy but wants a finish: a luminous, even surface that reads as good skin rather than good makeup. The look people call glass skin is wet and high-shine. A matte glow is the quieter, more refined version of the same idea, skin that looks lit from within, without the shine you have to manage through the day.

What it does not do

ReGlow does not lift laxity, fill volume, or treat scarring and significant pigmentation as a primary concern. It works on surface quality and luminosity. If the skin barrier is genuinely dry and compromised, that is repaired first, often with a different protocol, before chasing a glow.

Our view

Glass skin became the look everyone asked for, and like most trends it gets chased past the point of looking natural. Skin that is too dewy reads as oily rather than healthy. A matte glow is usually what people actually want when they ask for glass skin: luminous, even and calm, without the shine. ReGlow is built for that, and it is recommended once the skin underneath is healthy enough to carry it.

Practical notes

Dr Ong sets the number of sessions and the spacing at the consultation, based on the state of your skin and the finish you are after.

Common questions

What is ReGlow for?

Skin that is already healthy but wants a finish: a luminous, even surface that reads as good skin rather than good makeup. It combines biostimulators, strong hydrators and amino acids to work on skin quality rather than shape.

How is it different from glass skin?

Glass skin is wet and high-shine. A matte glow is the quieter version: skin that looks lit from within without the shine you have to manage through the day. It is usually what people actually want when they ask for glass skin.

What will it not do?

It does not lift laxity, fill volume, or treat scarring and significant pigmentation as a primary concern. If the skin barrier is genuinely dry and compromised, that is repaired first, often with a different protocol, before chasing a glow.
